1. Important notice

2. Date and duration of Offer
   Maverick Drilling & Exploration Limited ACN 128 429 158 (Maverick) lodged a Prospectus for an offer of 25,000,000 shares in Maverick to raise $5 million at an offer price of $0.20 per share with ability to accept over-subscriptions of up to 25,000,000 shares to raise a further $5 million (Offer) with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission on 2 July 2010. The Prospectus details the terms of the Offer. The Offer period commences on 16 July 2010 and is expected to close at 5.00pm (AEST) on 19 August 2010. Maverick may vary these dates and times without notice.

3. Applications not accepted until offer period commences
   Applications for Maverick's shares under the Prospectus will not be accepted by Maverick until 16 July 2010 when the offer period commences. Applications may only be made on the Application Form attached to or accompanying the Prospectus (including the electronic copy of the Prospectus). Applications will not be processed until after the offer period commences and no preference will be conferred on Applications received prior to commencement of the offer period.

4. Jurisdiction
   Access to the electronic version of the Prospectus is only available to persons resident in Australia with a registered address in Australia, from within Australia. The distribution of this Prospectus in jurisdictions outside of Australia may be restricted by law and persons in such jurisdictions who come into possession of the Prospectus should seek advice on and observe any such restrictions. Any failure to comply with such restrictions may constitute a violation of applicable securities laws. The Prospectus does not constitute an offer or an invitation in any jurisdiction in which, or to any person to whom, it would not be lawful to make such an offer or invitation. No action has been taken to register the Prospectus or otherwise permit a public offering of Maverick's shares in any jurisdiction outside Australia. The Prospectus provided on the Maverick website is available to persons accessing this website from within Australia only. 5. Application Forms
   Following commencement of the offer period on 16 July 2010, Maverick will accept paper copies of the Application Form made using a print-out of the electronic Application Form or from a paper copy of the Prospectus. Maverick will not accept an Application Form submitted electronically. To obtain a paper copy of the Prospectus (free of charge), telephone 1300 551 756. Maverick will not accept a completed Application Form if it is has reason to believe that (a) the applicant has not received a complete paper copy or the electronic copy of the Prospectus, or (b) the Application Form or electronic copy of the Prospectus has been altered or tampered with in any way.

6. Investors should seek advice
